You choose your UPS shipping method in the checkout process. We charge actual UPS shipping charges plus a small fee to cover the cost of packaging materials.
Return Policy
If you have a problem with a product you purchased from us, we apologize, let us fix it. If you order any product, unless specifically noted otherwise you have 14 days from the date of delivery. If you want to return the product and there is no defect, we will charge 15% of the total purchase price. However, if there is a defect with the product, we will replace it with no restock fee.
Due to high customer satisfaction rate, returns are rare, but sometimes do occur. Don't worry...we'll fix it!
